Method of diluting:-Stir LACRYL 540 first and then add water as desired with good stirring.

Best results can be obtained when LACRYL 540 540 is used before neutralization.

Recommended dosages are 2 - 5 % LACRYL 540 on shaved weight, depending on the

required leather character and substance.

STORAGE

Material may tend to separate on storage. Mix well before use.LACRYL 540 has a restricted shelf life of about six months depending on the storage conditions. Product could tend to separate on improper or prolonged storage and especially if material (including packed material) is exposed to direct sunlight or temperatures exceeding 30^oC. Keep the material in cool and dry place. Re-seal the drum tightly after each use. Consume material as soon as possible once the drum is opened and in order of First In, First Out.

LACRYL RE  is perfectly compatible with synthetic tanning agents and vegeta  extracts, dyes and fat liquors.

LACRYL RE has an excellent fastness to light, so it is advisable to use it in white and light coloured items.

LACRYL RE will fill the leather without impairing the fineness of the grain and leather will retain the typical character of the chrome leather despite the use of other retanning materials.

LACRYL RE is specially suitable for leathers with loose structure for upper leather.

LACRYL RE treated leathers buff easily and evenly.

Use of LACRYL RE facilitates finishing anchorage.

 Fixation of LACRYL RE can be increased with chrome tanning agents (e.g. CHROME SYNTAN)

 resulting in an increase in fullness and thickness with improved feel.

LACRYL RE is not readily miscible with cationic products (e.g. Mineral tanning agents)

LACRYL RE is not stable under highly acidic pH i.e. Below 3.5

 • LATANOL DG : is especially suitable for degreasing sheep skins.

• LATANOL DG : is capable of dispersing chrome soaps and so can be used to degrease wet blue skins     to achieve level dyeing for aniline leathers.

• LATANOL -DG : helps to minimise back bone patches in suede dyeing.

Melamine based resin for fastness of pigment prints

LATxnol SR is specially designed formulation for removal of stubborn stains, particularly, loom oil stains from texturised polyester fabrics without hand spotting.

LATxnol SR is also suitable for stain removal of polyester/cellulosic and polyester/wool blends since, it does not affect the cellulosic or wool component.

Due to excellent stability at high temperature and alkaline pH, LATxnol SR can be used in weight reduction of polyester.

LATAN-WS is a light fast syntan imparting soft, mellow handle, as well as good tightn of the grain.

LATAN-WS treated leather shows very good-pigmented bleaching effect hiding the surface defects and makes the grain uniform and evenly bleached.

LATAN-WS imparts very good fullness, tightness and good grain properties to the leather.

LATAN-WS is suitable for white leathers where high light fastness and heat resistance are desired.

LATAN-WS is compatible with all anionic retanning agents, fat liquors.
